SOYA TIKKI

 


Ingredients:     Cooking Time: 45 mins

1.      2 cups soya- soak and cook for ½ hour

2.      bread crumbs

3.      2 tsp ginger garlic paste

4.      1/4 cup onions, chopped

5.      1 tsp chilli powder

6.      1 tsp garam masala powder

7.      Oil

8.      Salt to taste

Preparation:

Mashed soya with bread crumbs, mix it ginger garlic Paste , chopped onion, chilli powder,garam masala powder,salt.

Shape the mixture into flat rounds

Heat oil in a frying pan in a thin layer. Add the shaped rounds and brown over medium heat, first on one side then the other.
