Banana Pancake for kids

 

 

                                   🍌 Banana Pancakes for Kids (Eggless & Healthy)




Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana (mashed)
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (or all-purpose flour)
  • 1 cup milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 tbsp jaggery powder or honey (skip for babies under 1 year)
  • 1 tsp ghee or butter (for cooking)
  • ½ tsp baking powder (optional)
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional for flavor)

Instructions:

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add flour, milk, jaggery, and optional baking powder or cinnamon. Mix well to make a smooth batter.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan and brush with a little ghee or butter.
  4. Pour a small ladle of batter. Spread lightly. Cook on low heat.
  5. Flip after bubbles appear and cook both sides till golden.
  6. Serve warm with fruits, honey, or a little peanut butter.
