🍌 Banana Pancakes for Kids (Eggless &
Healthy)
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana (mashed)
- 1 cup whole wheat flour (or all-purpose
flour)
- 1 cup milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1 tbsp jaggery powder or honey (skip for
babies under 1 year)
- 1 tsp ghee or butter (for cooking)
- ½ tsp baking powder (optional)
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional for flavor)
Instructions:
- Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
- Add flour, milk, jaggery, and optional baking
powder or cinnamon. Mix well to make a smooth batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan and
brush with a little ghee or butter.
- Pour a small ladle of batter. Spread
lightly. Cook on low heat.
- Flip after bubbles appear and cook both
sides till golden.
- Serve warm with fruits, honey, or a
little peanut butter.
