BANANA IDLI RECIPE



Ingredients:     Cooking Time:15 mins

  1. Soaked rice 2 cup
  2. Ripen bananas big size 4
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Jaggery syrup 1/2 cup
  5. Water
  6. Cardamon- pinch
  7. Grated coconut 1 cup

Preparation:

Add the soaked rice in mixer

Add Peeled bananas and salt

Add jaggery syrup and water, grind smooth batter

Pour the batter and close the lid for fermentation 4-5 hours

Add a cup of coconut, mix well

Pour the batter in oven idli mould

Transfer into idli vessel

Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes

Check the cookness

Remove and serve
