BANANA IDLI RECIPE
- Soaked rice 2 cup
- Ripen bananas big size 4
- Salt to taste
- Jaggery syrup 1/2 cup
- Water
- Cardamon- pinch
- Grated coconut 1 cup
Preparation:
Add the soaked
rice in mixer
Add Peeled
bananas and salt
Add jaggery
syrup and water, grind smooth batter
Pour the
batter and close the lid for fermentation 4-5 hours
Add a cup of
coconut, mix well
Pour the
batter in oven idli mould
Transfer
into idli vessel
Close the
lid and cook for 5 minutes
Check the
cookness
Remove and
serve
