Healthy Fish Popcorn for Kids

Fish Popcorn Recipe  

 


Ingredients:     Cooking Time: 20 mins

·       250 gms Fish Fillets

·       1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

·       1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

·        Salt to taste

·        Black Pepper

·       1 cup corn Flour

·       1 cup Breadcrumbs

 

Preparation:

You need to first wash fish pieces. Cut into cubes, preferably. Pat dry with a towel.

Add red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt along with pepper.

Mix it nicely to coat the fish.

Prepare flour mix, add some seasonings and water.

Crack one egg and add little salt and pepper and mix it nicely.

First dip the fish pieces into the batter and then dip in eggs. Later coat them in breadcrumbs.

Deep fry in Oil.
