Beetroot Potato Cutlet Recipe


 
In about 15-20 minutes, you can prepare this simple and fast snack meal. You can enjoy this delectable snack both as your special weekend breakfast and with your evening cup of tea or coffee.

Ingredients:     Cooking Time: 15 mins

1.     1 Cup Grated Beetroot

2.     4 medium Boiled Potatoes

3.     Salt to taste

4.     1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

5.     1 tsp Cumin Powder

6.     1/2 tsp Garam Masala

7.     1/2 tsp Coriander Powder

8.     A pinch of Chaat Masala

Preparation:

Grate the beetroot, then squeeze out any extra water.

 Next, take a sizable bowl and combine the mashed potatoes with the beetroot that has been squeezed. They should be correctly combined.

 After that, add all of the dry ingredients, including salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder.

After adding everything, thoroughly mash the mixture with a potato masher or your hands. Scooping dough balls from the mixture is the final step.

You can either bake them or flatten them out into tikkis and shallow fry them on a tawa with little ghee.

 Enjoy the dish with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
