Egg Chapati Recipe

Egg Chapati Recipe: Whole wheat flour, eggs, and a few vegetables are used to make this incredibly quick and simple morning dish. It is also a wise decision to include a kids' lunchbox.



Ingredients:     Cooking Time: 15 mins

1.     2 Cups whole wheat flour

2.     3 egg

     1 small onion 

3.     finely chopped2 green chili,

4.     finely chopped2 tbsp capsicum,

5.     salt to taste

6.     1/4 tsp Red chili powder

7.     1/4 tsp Black Pepper

8.     1/2 tsp Dhaniya (corindar)Powder

9.     2 tbsp Carrot, grated

Preparation:

 1.First, place flour in a bowl, add water, and knead a soft dough. Set the dough aside.

 2. In a bowl, beat the eggs well while adding the chopped vegetables and all the spices.

 3. Take some dough from the batch and roll it into a chapatti-shaped disc.

 4.After the roti has been roasted on one side, flip it over and brush the other side with          the egg mixture.

 5.Drizzle it with oil, then fry two eggs side by side. Serve the hot chapati with raita or        chutney.
